We walk through every detail — materials, layout, colors, fixtures. Nothing starts until you've signed off on everything. No surprises later.
Day -3
Materials Ordered & Staged
All cabinets, countertops, tiles, and fixtures are ordered ahead of time. We don't start demo until materials are confirmed. This prevents the #1 cause of delays.
Day -1
Site Protection
We lay floor protection, plastic sheeting, and dust barriers. Your home gets treated like a museum — even during demolition.
