3-7 days depending on square footage and material. Hardwood needs acclimation time (we plan for that). LVP is fastest. We include furniture moving in the timeline.

Yes. We contain our work area, protect your floors and furniture, and clean up every single day. Most clients live at home through the entire project. You'll barely know we're there — except for the results.

Case by case. We prefer to source materials because we can guarantee quality and warranty coverage. If you have specific items you love, bring them to the consultation — we'll tell you honestly if they're the right fit.

1-year workmanship warranty on everything we build. Material warranties from manufacturers transfer to you (typically 5-25 years depending on product). Full documentation at project completion.
