THE PROCESS.

APPLICATION

We submit your permit application to the City of Jacksonville Building Division with all required documentation, plans, and scope of work.

REVIEW

The city reviews plans for code compliance. Residential permits typically take 5-10 business days. Complex projects may require plan review (2-4 weeks).

APPROVAL & POSTING

Once approved, the permit is posted at the jobsite. This is legally required and visible to inspectors.

INSPECTIONS

Inspections happen at key milestones: rough-in (plumbing, electrical, framing) and final. We schedule all inspections and ensure everything passes.

FINAL SIGN-OFF
