WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
1 YEARCovers all labor and installation performed by TB Construction
Includes tile work, cabinet installation, countertop fitting, flooring installation
Covers plumbing and electrical connections we perform
Applies to all finishing work — grout, caulk, paint, trim
Defects in workmanship repaired at no cost to you
STRUCTURAL WARRANTY
2 YEARSCovers any structural modifications we perform
Load-bearing wall changes, floor reinforcement, framing
Includes subfloor preparation and leveling
Foundation-related work and moisture barriers
Structural integrity guaranteed for 24 months
MATERIAL WARRANTIES
5–25 YEARSAll manufacturer warranties transferred to you in writing
Cabinets (KraftMaid, Wellborn): 5-year to lifetime depending on line
Countertops (Cambria, Caesarstone): 10–15 year manufacturer warranty
Flooring (Shaw, Mohawk): 10–25 year depending on product
Fixtures (Kohler, Delta, Moen): Lifetime limited from manufacturer

Flooring buckling or gapping from installation error

Grout deterioration within warranty period

NOT COVERED
Normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
Damage from natural disasters (covered under insurance)
Modifications made by others after project completion
Material defects (covered by manufacturer warranty)
Settling or movement of the home's foundation

WE INSPECT
We come out, assess the issue, and determine if it falls under warranty coverage.
WE FIX IT
If it's covered, we repair it at no cost. Period. No arguments. No fine print games.
